Hollow fiber membranes feature a high surface-area-to-volume ratio making them very efficient and ideal for samples smaller than 0.5 mL. Membranes are made from a biologically inert, regenerated cellulose impregnated with glycerol. Fiber bundles are ideal for the rapid and efficient dialysis of valuable small volume samples that are difficult to attain. Bundles consist of 20 fibers potted together on both ends to a pair of female Luer-Lok ports. Cap bundle with samples inside or connect to a feed pump for capillary circulation, then submerge in a standard buffer for lab dialysis or a simulated true-to-life environment for in vitro studies.
